Field Operations Manager

Own on-the-ground delivery of events on Ghanas Event — from door teams and QR check-in to venue logistics — so organisers and attendees get a flawless event day.
What you will do
- Plan and run event-day operations for partner events, including gate setup and door team briefings.
- Coordinate QR check-in equipment, staffing, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Act as the main point of contact for organisers and venues on event day.
- Build repeatable playbooks and checklists for events of different sizes.
- Report post-event insights back to the product and support teams.
Skills Required
- Proven experience managing live event or field operations in Ghana.
- Strong people-management skills — you can brief, deploy, and supervise door teams.
- Calm, decisive problem solving under event-day pressure.
- Comfort with mobile tools such as QR scanning apps and live dashboards.
- Willingness to travel to venues across Greater Accra and beyond.
