of each successful paid ticket sale
Example: ₵100 ticket → ₵6.00 platform fee (6%). That 6% is all-in — Ghanas Event bears Paystack’s processing fees, so you are not charged them on top.
- No setup fee — listing events is free (₵0.00).
- Free events and free tickets: no Ghanas Event service fee.
- Paid ticket sales: 6% all-in service fee (Ghanas Event bears Paystack processing fees).
- Payouts follow Paystack’s Ghana schedule: next working day; Friday–Sunday sales settle on Monday (or the next working day).
- Optional promotion packages are separate one-time charges — not a percentage of ticket sales.

Ghanas Event charges 6% of each successful paid ticket sale (all-in — we bear Paystack fees). Free tickets have no service fee.

Funds settle the next working day via Paystack. Friday–Sunday sales typically arrive Monday.
Paystack payout terms
When your money arrives
Successful ticket payments are settled on the next working day after the sale (T+1). Settlement follows Paystack’s automated payout schedule for Ghana (GHS).

Example: a sale on Tuesday is typically settled on Wednesday.

Sales on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are typically settled on the following Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday).

Payouts are not processed on weekends or Ghana public holidays. When a settlement day falls on a non-working day, funds are paid on the next working day.
Settlements are sent to the bank account or mobile-money wallet you register for payouts on Ghanas Event, subject to Paystack’s settlement rules and any minimum payout thresholds.
Paystack payment-processing fees are borne by Ghanas Event and are included in the 6% platform service fee. Organisers are not charged a separate Paystack processing fee on top of that percentage.
You must keep accurate payout details (bank or MoMo). Incorrect details may delay or fail settlement; Ghanas Event and Paystack are not liable for losses caused by wrong account information you provide.
