Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Reconcile Paystack settlements against ticket sales and platform fees.
• Prepare organiser payout schedules and resolve settlement queries.
• Maintain clean financial records and monthly reporting.
• Flag anomalies, refunds, and chargebacks for investigation.
• Support tax and compliance filings with accurate data.

Skills Required

• Background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong spreadsheet skills; experience with reconciliation workflows.
• Familiarity with mobile money and card settlement flows in Ghana.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Clear written communication for payout and fee queries.
