List events

GET/api/v1/events

Published events on Ghanas Event, soonest first. By default only events that have not ended are returned.

Parameters

`q` string · query	Search title, venue and city.e.g. `summit`
`category` string · query	Category slug from /categories.e.g. `music`
`city` string · query	City name (case-insensitive).e.g. `Accra`
`region` string · query	Region name, e.g. Ashanti.e.g. `Greater Accra`
`start_after` string · query	Only events starting on/after this ISO 8601 date.e.g. `2026-12-01`
`start_before` string · query	Only events starting on/before this ISO 8601 date.e.g. `2026-12-31`
`free` boolean · query	true to return free events only.
`include_past` boolean · query	true to include events that have already ended.
`sort` string · query	"start" (default) or "newest" (recently published).
`page` integer · query	Page number, starting at 1.e.g. `1`
`per_page` integer · query	Results per page (default 20, max 50).e.g. `5`

Retrieve an event

GET/api/v1/events/{slug}

Full details for one published event: description, venue and map coordinates, lineup, agenda, refund policy and ticket types with live sale status.

Public organiser profile, verification level and their upcoming published events.
